Carlos Espejel is a Mexican actor and comedian. He is best known for starring in such telenovelas as Quinceañera, Morir Para Vivir, Vivo Por Elena, and Amor en Silencio. He co-hosted and performed in the sketch comedy series Humor es…los Comediantes. In May 2004 Espejel participated in the reality show Big Brother VIP 3. Soon after he entered the TV show Día de Perros: el peor día de tu vida. Born Carlos Espejel Leguizano on April 21, 1972 in Mexico City, Mexico, he appeared in an episode of Alegrias de Mediodia at age 9. He has a son, Fausto Emiliano Espejel Azuara.
